Hertz Preschool Summer Program Enrollment 2025

Please fill this form out once for every child you will be sending to Summer Program.

Families that do not yet have a Temple Israel account or are not signed into their accounts will need to pay in full when you submit this enrollment form.

Hertz Nursery Summer Program

The Hertz Summer Program is available for 8 weeks. 
The first week is June 23-27 and the last week is August 11-15.

The fees listed below are per week.

Program Registration Fee

$75 per child for the summer
The form will not be processed without this being checked off.
The registration fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to Summer Program tuition.

The only time the fee will be refunded is if your child is put on a wait-list and a spot never opens.

 

Child's Demographics

This is to determine if they will be in the Toddler or Preschool section of the program.

Toddler - children that will be 15 months to 2.9 years old, when they attend
Preschool - children that are 2.9 years old through entering Kindergarten, when they attend 
You can type in English or use the Hebrew keyboard pop-up

If you street address has changed in the last 12 months, please fill in ALL of your new address information to update your Temple Israel Account.

Emergency Contacts

Two Emergency Contacts are required.

These must be non-parents, must be within or less than a 45-minute drive, and willing to pick up your child if we cannot reach you first.. Parents will ALWAYS be contacted first. The contacts will be reached out to in order of listing if and only if the Parents were not reachable.

Selecting Weeks of the Summer Program

Below you will select the weeks that your child will be attending during the summer.

You can select Full Week (Monday through Friday) or Partial Week (four to two days). 

You also then have the option to choose Half Days (9:00am-1:00pm) or Full Days (9:00am-3:00pm) for each week.  To ensure teacher coverage, each week may either be Half Days or Full Days.  No mixing and matching is permitted, but you can change your selection week to week.

Early Drop Off is offered from 8:00am-8:55am.  For those who select Full Days, you can also select Late Stay until 4pm.

IMPORTANT PAYMENT NOTES:

  • Current Hertz families must have their account in good standing with regards to 2024-25 School Tuition and be paid in full by Friday, May 30, 2025 to be guaranteed a summer spot.
  • For summer fees, if you have not paid in full, scheduled payments online or with Ana for summer programming by close of business (1:00 PM) Friday, June 13, 2025, you will incur a $200 fee. 
  • All checks should be made payable to Temple Israel.  In the memo write Hertz Nursery SUMMER.  You may either bring them directly to Ana or send them to.

Reminder that we understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule.  One schedule change can be done for free (this does not include the occasional per diem request); all changes after that will incur a $50 fee.

What is a schedule change? -  Here are a few of examples:
  • You change from coming 5 days a week to 4 days a week for the summer.
  • You decide to change the weeks that you are coming.
  • You add or subtract early drop off for a week or more.
